Caesars Entertainment to launch first non-gaming hotel brand
Caesars Entertainment is launching a new hotel brand.
Caesars Republic will be the first non-gaming brand, and will debut in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Expected to open in the second half of 2019, Caesars Republic Scottsdale will have 266 rooms located next to Scottsdale Fashion Square.
It will have the area’s first rooftop pool offering views of Camelback Mountain.
The four-star property is being developed by HCW Development and operated by Aimbridge Hospitality.
"This project will be our first non-gaming asset in the United States and demonstrates the global strength of the Caesars brand," said Caesars CEO Mark Frissora.
Amenities planned include a restaurant and bar, outdoor patio, coffee shop and a ballroom.
Positioned as a lifestyle brand, each Caesars Republic hotel will have unique features such as locally inspired food and décor, the company says.
