Canada’s WestJet Airlines and Farelogix ink deal
Canada’s WestJet Airlines and Farelogix have announced a multi-year technology agreement.
The low-cost airline will use Farelogix’s technology to offer new booking options to the travel agency community.
Jim Davidson, president and CEO of Farelogix commented that, "Airlines no longer want to be viewed as commodity products, and I think this is indicative of the sea change happening in the industry. This gives airlines the opportunity to truly compete for travelers’ business, serving up relevant, personalized offers."
