Cathay selects Shepherd Systems
Galileo can name Cathay Pacific as a client after the airline signed up with its subsidiary, Shepherd Systems.
Cathay Pacific has selected its Marketing Information Data Transfer (MIDT) based solutions. This will integrate the airline’s distribution, marketing and sales initiatives.
The suite includes executive monitoring tools, mid-management control tools, sales-force automation, incentive-creation tools and audit-control system.
Cathay’s executive vice president James Barrington said: “We spent a lot of time evaluating solutions to automate our sales and reporting processes. During the evaluation process, they were consistently able to show Cathay Pacific areas of revenue improvement”.
Shepherd Systems claims to have a customer base of 45 international and US domestic airlines.
