Cebu Pacific launches new loyalty programme
Philippines low cost carrier Cebu Pacific Air has launched a new frequent flyer programme as part of the airline’s 19th anniversary.
Called ‘GetGo,’ members will earn points on flights which can be redeemed for free travel across its network.
The more than one million members of the airline’s current CEB Club loyalty programme will be automatically enrolled in GetGo.
Points earned can be pooled together with friends and family to stretch further and a combination of points and cash payment can be used when booking redemption flights.
Points can also be used for free flight add-ons.
“In 19 years, we have been fortunate enough to develop a solid base of frequent fliers, with 1.4 million CEB Club members and 630 corporate accounts. We will be able to serve them with GetGo. Now, our frequent fliers can get rewarded with more benefits and free flights,” said Cebu pacific’s CEO Lance Gokongwei.
Nik Laming, general manager for GetGo, said the new scheme will add more partners in the coming months offering “more opportunities to earn points, and fly with Cebu Pacific for free.”
