Cebu Pacific rolls out affordable pre-flight testing
Philippines LCC Cebu Pacific is now offering antigen and RT-PCR pre-flight testing.
It is part of the airline’s Test Before Boarding (TBB) program.
The tests cost P700 and P3,300 respectively and the latter is being subsidised in part by the Department of Tourism to help boost domestic travel.
It is available for all passengers departing Manila, following a successful pilot scheme in General Santos.
Cebu Pacific’s TBB testing facility at the Manila’s NAIA Terminal 3 is now open for walk-in customers.
"Seeing that testing is required by a number of destinations at the moment, we have partnered with accredited laboratories that may offer affordable testing options," said Candice Iyog, Cebu Pacific Vice President for Marketing and Customer Experience.
Passengers booked on Cebu Pacific and Cebgo flights can book testing appointments via https://bit.ly/CEBFlightReminders and click on the ‘Testing Options’ tab.
Passengers are also advised to register on the Department of Transportation’s Traze App to speed up contact tracing efforts.
