MSC Cruises has clinched a deal with celebrity chef Anthony Worrall Thompson who will be cooking up a treat onboard its ship Splendida next February.

Thompson is an award winning chef, restaurateur and author, but he is probably best known for his television appearances on Ready Steady Cook and I'm A Celebrity Get Me out of Here.

He will be joining MSC Splendida in Barcelona on February 5 but and making a series of appearances at sea on February 6. Guests will see the culinary maestro showcase some of his best loved dishes – and a selection unique to MSC.

“I have always loved messing about in boats, so when MSC Cruises asked me to come on board and cook for some of its guests, it was too good an opportunity to miss," said the chef.
