Celebrity Cruises begins sailing from Port Canaveral for first time
Celebrity Cruises has set sail from Port Canaveral, Florida for the first time.
Celebrity Equinox has started a season of seven-night Caribbean cruises from the port to The Bahamas, St. Maarten, Puerto Rico, Belize, and more.
With the addition of Port Canaveral, Celebrity Cruises now offers sailings from coast to coast in Florida, providing guests the choice of four ports in the state.
“The addition of Port Canaveral offers guests the ultimate flexibility for their perfect Caribbean getaway,” said Laura Hodges Bethge, president of Celebrity Cruises.
Celebrity Equinox’s seven-night itineraries from Port Canaveral will visit more than 15 Caribbean destinations.
They include Jamaica, Grand Cayman and Mexico, and visit Perfect Day at CocoCay.
Celebrity Equinox guests can a choice of more than 20 food and beverage options, varied entertainment and more than 120 treatments at The Spa.
Starting in winter 2025, the cruise line will bring Celebrity Apex to the region for seven-night Caribbean cruises.
