Celestyal launches package holidays brand
Small ship line Celestyal has unveiled a new package holiday division focused on the UK market.
New brand Celestyal Travel will offer the line’s cruise itineraries with flights, hotels and shore excursions in the eastern Mediterranean and the Gulf.
The new company will offer a dozen holiday packages such as the short ‘Iconic Greek weekender’ and ‘Gulf Explorer’.
Holidays will include UK return flights, pre- and post-cruise hotels and cruise transfers.
It will also offer customised options.
The new business will be supported by a five-strong contact centre team for agents based in Guildford.
Celestyal Travel also plans to become a member of the Hays Independence Group.
Celestyal’s Business Development VP Janet Parton will have a dual role as Managing Director of Celestyal Travel.
“The concept of Celestyal Travel was driven from direct feedback from our trade partners, who told us that they wanted to be able to sell flight-inclusive Celestyal packages to UK guests,” Parton said.
“We realise that many travel agents do not have their own ability to dynamically package.”
