Center Parcs has entered the corporate travel arena with the launch of team building away days.
The operator has teamed up with event theming company Event Prop Hire to offer three themed packages; espionage, back-to-school and I’m A High-Flyer Get Me Out of Here.
Available across all four UK Center Parcs, the packages are designed to meet what the operator says is escalating demand for corporate bonding days.
The espionage package, called Mission Impossible, will see delegates, who become agents for the day, assembling in a meeting room designed as if in a spy movie. They must take on mental and physical tasks to get clues to crack a safe code and unlock a mission.
Dinner that night be will “international” with landmarks dotted about the room and guests entering through security checkpoints, finishing the night, of course, in the casino.
The back-to-school package will have delegates meeting in a classroom with desks, retro sweets and Rubiks cubes. They will split into house teams and compete in traditional sports day events. At night, they can get their groove on at the school disco.
The final package is based around ITV’s I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here where the meeting space is styled as if it’s in the jungle with delegates having to take challenges to win gold stars. The evening’s entertainment will feature creepy crawlies and klaxons, as per the show.
