CEO Tourism Sunshine Coast
Tourism Sunshine Coast is seeking a new CEO to lead and manage the orgnaisation to the next level.
Tourism Sunshine Coast promotes tourism for a geographical area covering 4 distinct areas; Caloundra, Maroochydore, Noosa and Cooloola, under the banner of a single entity.
Reporting to the Chairman and board, the CEO is responsible for the entire operations of TSC and will drive delivery of key strategic imperatives established at a recent board forum.
These include:
Active engagement with a range of diverse stakeholders;
Reviewing the existing membership model and recommending changes to ensure the long term financial stability of TSC;
Understanding the outcomes of the soon to be announced ministerial review and make adjustments to the operations of TSC accordingly; and
Development of a marketing strategy that generates an increase in numbers.
An experienced tourism professional with an in-depth understanding of the tourism industry and its working is essential. Your exceptional interpersonal skills will allow you to build long term working relationships with stakeholders and comprehend the political landscape of TSC. Successful implementation of strategic plans, coupled with delivery of strong creative marketing campaigns and the capability to live and breath your role in an energetic, enthusiastic manner will ensure success as CEO.
