CFO Sanjay Gupta latest GoAir executive to bail out
Another senior executive is leaving Indian budget airline GoAir, the latest in a spate of resignations to hit the airline in the past year.
In the space of 15 months, GoAir has lost more than a dozen senior officials, the latest being CFO Sanjay Gupta.
Gupta who only joined the airline in March this year, is apparently leaving due to performance-related issues.
It is an unfortunate time to lose its CFO as the Wadia backed airline has revived plans for an IPO.
Gupta has spent three decades in finance, supply chain, and commercial including at Unilever.
GoAir has seen high profile resignations in all its key positions including CEO Cornellis Vriewijk, who quit the airline in February and COO Jyri Strandman, who left a year ago.
