Check-in is a breeze with Trafalgar’s new express online service.
Trafalgar is now offering clients a quick easy way to complete holiday check-in with the new hassle-free online Express Check-In facility.Taking only 10 minutes this service will provide clients with a more personalised on-tour experience.
Clients can sit back and relax on their first day knowing they have provided all their important information and therefore are not required to complete any additional forms.
Paul Wiseman, MD of Trafalgar Tours said, “In Trafalgar’s ongoing quest to improve all facets of customer service, we have launched Express Check-In, with this unique facility allowing clients to avoid filling in multiple forms on the first day of their tour, ensuring their holiday is hassle-free from the very moment they arrive.”
“In addition, by completing this simple form online, Trafalgar’s Tour Directors are able to evaluate various clients’ needs and preferences in advance and begin to adjust their tour accordingly.”
“This will provide Trafalgar guests with an increased level of customisation not previously seen in the touring industry.”
All clients or agents need to do is log onto www.trafalgar.com/express and enter details such as food preferences, emergency contact phone numbers and other practical information at least 15 days prior to their tour’s departure.
Upon completing the Express Check-In form, Trafalgar will email clients or agents an exclusive ‘Essentials Kit’, which offers useful information and advice that travellers should know before departure such as tips on travel, security and packing lists.
Clients can take these five simple steps in the privacy of their home or office, or with their travel agent when they collect their documentation.
Step 1: Go to www.trafalgar.com/express
Step 2: Enter the Booking Reference Number and Last Name
Step 3: Answer all questions
Step 4: Click “submit”
Step 5: Clients will be emailed a Trafalgar confirmation
