China Airlines inaugurates Phoenix flights
Taiwan based China Airlines (CAL) has officially touched down in Phoenix, AZ.
Chairman Kao Shing-Hwang was on board the first flight.
Phoenix is now China Airlines’ seventh hub in North America as well as its first in the American Southwest.
CAL is deploying A350-900 aircraft on the Taipei-Phoenix route, which operates three times a week.
Beyond Phoenix, CAL customers can take advantage of interline agreements with Southwest Airlines, Alaska Airlines, WestJet, and Sun County Airlines for onward travel to other American cities including Denver, Dallas, Houston, Las Vegas, Kansas and Chicago.
