China Airlines launches non-stop London flights
TAIPEI – China Airlines will on March 28 launch scheduled passenger services between Taipei and London.
The new flights will operate three times per week, using an advanced Airbus A340-300 aircraft, configured with 30 business-class seats and 246 economy-class seats.
With the new London non-stop route, China Airlines will increase its number of European destinations to five, with a total of 21 flights to Europe per week.
In addition to London, China Airlines provides non-stop services to Frankfurt and Vienna, while its Amsterdam flights stop over in Bangkok, and its Rome flights stop over in Delhi.
CAL also serves Prague via a code-share agreement with Czech Airlines, and it serves Hamburg, Hanover, Stuttgart, Dusseldorf, Cologne, Nuremburg, Munich and Stockholm through a landmark codeshare agreement with rail operator ICE Germany.
