Choice Hotels appoints new Asia Pacific marketing general manager
Choice Hotels has named Kari Hunter as marketing general manager for Asia Pacific.
Hunter will be responsible for marketing strategy and raising awareness of all Choice Hotels’ brands in the region.
The company’s brand portfolio includes the Quality, Comfort and Econo Lodge chains as well as the Ascend Collection.
"Kari is a respected leader in the industry with strong marketing expertise spanning both travel and franchise brands making her a great addition to the business and she will play a significant role in driving our continued growth strategy," said Choice Hotels CEO Trent Fraser.
Hunter previously led marketing functions at Belgravia Health and Leisure Group and also worked at Big4, Holiday Parks and the Caravan Industry Association of Australia.
