Citadines Pearl Hoi An partners with TA Network
Vietnam’s Citadines Pearl Hoi An has partnered with Trip Affiliates Network (TA Network).
The tie-up aims to transition the property from traditional booking methods to a more streamlined digital system.
The distribution partnership will enable direct B2B bookings, by bypassing third-party booking platforms and retain a larger share of revenue.
This also improves pricing control, inventory management, and strengthens its relationships with B2B partners.
Ho Son Tung, Director of Sales at CPH, says TA Network’s digital solutions will offer a more efficient booking experience, and attract a wider range of corporate and travel agency clients.
The platform serves as both an operational management tool and a bridge to B2B and B2C clients.
It also brings automation to inventory control, thus reducing errors in manual data entry and improving room availability.
In addition, it reduces overbooking issues.
Thomas Wong, Regional Director of Partnerships & Growth at TA Network, says the Citadines Pearl Hoi An partnership paves the way for expansion into the Vietnam market.
