CityJet launches two new routes from Cambridge
CityJet is launching two new routes with flights from Cambridge airport to Dublin and Amsterdam.
Operated by a Fokker 50 aircraft, with a capacity of 50, flights will start on May 12 and are bookable from today.
Both routes will operate twice-daily during the week, and daily at weekends.
From Cambridge to Dublin, flights leave at 9.10am and 5.15pm during the week, 9.10am on Saturdays and 17.15 on Sundays.
The return flight from Dublin leaves at 11.05am and 7.10pm during the week, 11.05am on Saturdays and 7.10pm on Sundays.
From Cambridge to Amsterdam, the flight leaves at 6am and 1.55pm during the week, 6am on Saturdays and 1.55pm on Sundays.
Flights from Amsterdam to Cambridge leave at 8.35am and 4.40pm during the week, 8.35am on Saturdays and 4.40pm on Sundays.
Christine Ourmières, CityJet’s chief executive officer said, "We know that the market has the demand on the route and we know that we can provide vital access to these communities."
