CLIA launches ChooseCruise campaign
CLIA is launching a campaign, #ChooseCruise, running throughout September and October in the UK, and globally throughout October.
Aimed at agents, consumers and media, it will replace the Plan a Cruise Month campaign which has been operated by CLIA globally over the past two years.
Each week will have a dedicated theme which will be the focus for PR, podcast and social media, including relaxation, sports and fitness, family and entertainment.
CLIA will be producing videos and specially commissioned articles on each theme to help showcase how agents can use these experiences to sell more cruise
A special pack will be sent to CLIA members this week and agents will be able to access an online toolkit to help them take advantage of the two-month promotion.
It will include a marketing and PR guide, shareable videos and imagery for social media campaigns.
Agents can also join a number of events being held throughout September and October, including events in Norwich, Manchester, Malaga, and two beach clean events in West Wittering and in Formby.
In addition, registration opens for CLIA Conference 2019 on September 12.
Each Friday is also #RiverCruiseFriday, when agents and cruise lines are encouraged to showcase onboard experiences on offer in the river cruise sector.
