CLIA to hold first ‘New to Cruise Summit’
CLIA is to hold its first ‘New to Cruise Summit’ aimed at travel agents who do not yet sell cruise holidays or who want to grow this part of the their business.
The event, run in association with Puerto Rico Tourism and CLIA member cruise lines, will provide training in cruise sales techniques, current industry trends, and product training.
"There are many travel agents who are keen to grow their cruise sales and our New to Cruise Summit will tackle head on some of the ways in which we can all grow our cruise sales using some to understand steps," said CLIA UK & Ireland director Andy Harmer.
The event will take place in London on 15 September and is open to both CLIA and non-CLIA members.
