CLIA to re-launch agent website
CLIA UK & Ireland is re-launching its travel agent website in early June as figures show that more users than ever before are visiting the site for training and resources.
The association says more than 6,500 users completed twenty-seven thousand online modules of the online cruise training in the past year.
To make life easier for agents, cruiseexperts.org is to become fully compatible for users on mobiles and tablets and organised into three distinct areas.
These are The Learning Academy, offering City & Guilds accredited training modules, a resource centre, The new Cruise Tool Box, featuring resources to help agents during the sales process including the unique digital brochure rack and the new CLIA Cruise Daily.
The CLIA Cruise Daily will include cruise news, special guest columns; live and recorded webinars; a calendar of cruise industry events open to travel agents; the CLIA image library; CLIA TV and Sales Guides.
CLIA UK & Ireland director, Andy Harmer said: "As we continue to upgrade our website we are keen to receive ideas and feedback so we have created a new email – [email protected] – where all our travel partners are invited to share their thoughts on areas such as new membership opportunities, online training and resources."
