Club Med Columbus set to reopen in the Bahamas
Just ahead of the holiday travel period, the only all-inclusive resort on the secluded Bahamas island of San Salvador, Club Med Columbus, is officially reopening.
It reopens October 22, 2022.
During the two year closure, it has established new offerings for couples, large groups, and multigenerational families
It includes holistic wellness experiences and new culinary concepts.
Guests will enjoy newly refreshed two-story bungalows as well as:
New Dining Concepts: La Pinta, the stylish beach lounge will introduce new Mediterranean-inspired cuisine with a Bahamian twist serving fresh seafood. Main restaurant Christopher’s will offer a variety of international food options, including new plant-based menu items developed by renowned vegan chef Chloe Coscarelli.
Enhanced Wellness: Club Med’s new Wellness Fusion program includes comprehensive yoga programs, moonlight massages, and four holistic treatments at the Club Med Spa by Sothys.
Endless Adventure: The resort offers sailing, water skiing, and kayaking. Other activities include weekly beach sunset rituals, flyboarding, and tennis (on brand new courts!)..
New Scuba Experiences: San Salvador is known for its 35+ dive sites, and the resort will offer a variety of new experiences like scuba dives at sunset and in the evening, private boat rides to dive in groups, courses to become PADI certified, and a new snorkeling experience.
