Club Med targets three new Indonesia resorts
Club Med has unveiled plans for new upscale all-inclusive resorts in Indonesia.
It signed a MOU with PT. Indonesian Paradise Property to develop of a portfolio of new resorts across the country.
To be rolled out in phases, the companies have targeted three resorts to be developed in the next five years in North Sulawesi, Bali, and West Java.
Club Med currently operates nearly 70 resorts globally, including resorts in Bali and Bintan, Indonesia.
Paradise Indonesia has 30 years of experience developing lifestyle destinations in Indonesia’s largest cities.
Anthony Prabowo Susilo, President Director & CEO of Paradise Indonesia said: “This joint venture aims to unveil a series of developments that will not only foster mutual growth for both companies but also bring about substantial benefits to the local communities.”
“For nearly 40 years since opening in Bali, Club Med has established a harmonious and well-integrated presence to support the remarkable tourism development in Indonesia. Indonesia continues to be a key focus for Club Med,” added Henri Giscard d’Estaing, President of Club Med.
