Competition: See your name streak across the sky

Thursday, 13 Mar, 2014 0

Virgin Atlantic is inviting travel agents to name its new Boeing 787 Dreamliner.

Agents can submit as many entries as they like and the winner will see their chosen name emblazoned on the side of the aircraft.

Tips provided by the airline include:

  • Make it something very ‘Virgin Atlantic’: optimistic, confident and makes you smile.
  • Make it easy to understand for our international audiences.
  • Make it classic to stand the test of time.

And it could also:

  • Reference British culture or evoke one of our destinations (without naming it directly).
  • Be two to four names or words like Queen of the Skies, or one long name like Barbarella.

Entries should be submitted by March 24 here
