Complete Cruise extends res centre opening hours
Complete Cruise Solution will extend the opening hours of its call centre to seven days a week from September 21.
Carnival UK sales and customer services director Giles Hawke said it was opening later in the week and on Sundays to meet demand.
“Agents often tell us that Sunday is a busy day for them, especially after weekend advertising, and we want to ensure that we are always available to provide the support and service that they require,†he said.
“We’re also opening later during the week to be more in tune with agents who stay open later to catch those customers coming in or calling them at the end of the working day.â€
He also promised agents some “exciting new initiatives†over the coming months.
The new opening hours of the reservations centre will be:
Monday to Friday 08:00 – 20:00
Saturday 09:00 – 17:00
Sunday 10:00 – 16:00
