Complete Cruise upgrades online booking for agents
Complete Cruise Solution’s online booking system has been revamped as the UK market leader looks to encourage more agents to use its website.
Agents can book cruises across the four CCS brands – P&O Cruises, Princess Cruises, Cunard and Ocean Village – on the upgraded www.completecruisesolution.com website from November 1.
New features include: Up to the minute live availability 24/7, cross referencing of bookings when passengers are ‘travelling with’ or wish to ‘dine with’ other passengers who are booked on the same cruise, agency promotions, past passenger promotions, the ability to retrieve and display bookings and the ability to provide a printable booking summary for both the agent and customer.
CCS head of sales Giles Hawke said: “This system is a massive step forward in our online development and is a tool that will make a significant difference to agents booking any of our cruise lines.
“We encourage agents who aren’t familiar with our online booking system to give it a go; they will be surprised at how user-friendly it is. And now it’s even quicker and more powerful, which means agents can provide the most professional and informed service possible.
“For anyone unsure about how it works, we’ve also launched a new online training module on the site, so agents can familiarise themselves with the system in their own time.”
