Conferences to merge in 2006
Advantage business agents will have to mix with their leisure counterparts next year as the consortium confirmed it will stage a joint conference in 2006.
But business members were reassured that one day out of the three or four day event would be set-aside to discuss business issues.
Board member Peter Reglar said: “We are one body. We should not be having separate conferences. But there will be separate business travel segments so don’t think this is the end.”
The 2006 overseas conference will he held in Tenerife in May.
