Australian leg spin legend, cricketer Shane Warne, is teaming up with the world’s largest golf travel company at one of London’s most exclusive venues.

Organised by Your Golf Travel, in association with 888poker, the Shane Warne Golf Classic will take place at The Grove on Saturday March 8.

Guests will join Warne and a group of his celebrity friends for breakfast at the Hertfordshire venue before having the chance to test their skills on The Grove’s Championship Course, host for the 2006 WGC American Express Championship, won by world No 1 Tiger Woods.

On-course refreshments will be provided at a Perrier Jouet and Tanqueray station, as well as malbec wine tasting at a beef masterclass, courtesy of Gaucho restaurants.

An evening drinks reception will be followed by a three-course dinner and prize presentation hosted by Warne.
Prices for a team of four cost £1,000 plus VAT.
