Crisis over, LAN back to daily from Australia

LAN Airlines, a oneworld alliance member, has resumed daily flights between Sydney and South America, after reducing services during the global financial crisis.

Flight LA 800 now departs Sydney at 9.55am each day, flying via Auckland to Santiago, Chile, arriving at 12.10pm the same day.

The flights are operated with two class Airbus A340-300 aircraft..

New LAN servies from Lima to Iguassu, Brazil, and Lima to Easter Island, will start in January.
