Cruise lawsuit alleges rape, HIV infection
A cruise lawsuit alleges a woman was raped by a ship auctioneer and was subsequently infected with HIV.
She was attacked by the art gallery concession employee aboard the Sky Princess cruise ship in January 2022, the suit alleges.
The plaintiff says she was pushed into a closet where the attack took place.

The plaintiff is seeking maximum compensation.
“Princess Cruises does not comment on pending litigation,” the company told The Daily Beast.
The concession, Park West Gallery, operates on dozens of cruise ships including by Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruises.
