Cruise Nation appoints head of product
Swansea-based tour operator Cruise Nation has appointed Tracey James as its new head of product.
She was previously operations manager at Imagine Cruising and has also previously worked at Miles Morgan Travel and Tailor Made Travel Cheltenham.
She has 25 years’ experience in the travel industry, both in the UK and overseas.
In her new role she will be responsible for overseeing product development and managing the product team.
Part of this remit will be to help create signature packages, unique to Cruise Nation, by pairing itineraries with special events and concerts taking place worldwide.
She will also work closely alongside Cruise Nation’s concierge team to handpick the best travel experiences for customers and package these in to holidays, to add even more value.
Additionally, she will be responsible for forging strong relationships with suppliers.
