Watson Holidays Limited have launched their new travel website www.WatsonHolidays.co.uk. Watson Holidays.co.uk is an independent travel agent offering customers the opportunity to book flights, hotels, holidays and car hire deals online. Andrew Watson, Managing Director of Watson Holidays Limited, chose CSI Media to build the new version of the website as they offer a range of travel technology solutions. These include the Travelmodule system that forms the backbone of CSI Media’s enquiry based platform, and Travelberry, which is CSI Media’s online bookable platform, which features dynamic packaging functionality. The new Watson Holidays.co.uk website provides customers with a range of travel offers and extensive destination information. The Travelberry technology platform behind Watson Holidays.co.uk enables a large amount of rich textual content and photographs to be added to the website in order to promote individual hotels and holiday resorts via destination guides. The new Watson Holidays.co.uk website allows travellers to tailor make their own holidays by selecting preferred flights, hotels and transfers. As well as providing dynamically packaged travel, Watson Holidays.co.uk still have the power to provide traditional package holidays from all of the UK’s leading tour operators. Andrew Watson said ‘Our website has a competitive edge as it allows travellers to travel from virtually any regional airport to any worldwide destination. The Travelberry technology means that low cost, scheduled and chartered flights can be combined with a vast number of hotels worldwide, providing customers with the best possible prices but with no geographical limits.’ All holiday offers are fully online bookable and the website also offers 100% guaranteed secure bookings. Customers have the ability to pay the balance of their travel booking on the Watson Holidays.co.uk website, using a unique log-in facility. They can also request a duplicate booking confirmation using this feature. Andrew Watson went on to say ‘We approached CSI Media after undertaking a year of researching travel technology companies and what they could offer Watson Holidays. CSI Media provided us with excellent advice and support, and were able to respond quickly to suggestions and new ideas that we had. We asked CSI Media to develop a jargon free and honest user friendly website, and after discussing our likes and dislikes they created a very clear and easy to use website. We were given excellent support during the testing stages and CSI Media were always on hand to give advice and make suggestions. We are really pleased with the website as it stands out from the crowd thanks to the design team at CSI Media. We are now looking into adopting a marketing solution provided by CSI Media’s marketing team in order to raise awareness of the new Watson Holidays.co.uk website. We have been provided with extensive information about the best options for marketing our new website, including email marketing campaigns, pay per click campaigns and blog writing, and have found their consultancy to be very helpful.” For more information on CSI Media’s products and services, contact Richard Nash, Business Manager, on [email protected] or Craig Stone, Marketing Director, on [email protected].
