This global travel company is seeking enthusiastic and high spirited customer serviced savvy individuals to join its internal reservations division. No face to face customer contact is involved; deal only with trained travel professionals.
The role: This department provides a seamless, one stop product service whilst ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. Work closely with the team delivering excellent customer service and back up, updating reservations, room lists, overbookings and receive reservations training to upsell down the track. You will be responsible for talking to internal customers via phone and online enquiries.
Travel industry experience is preferred but not essential. However you must have strong customer service skills, some sales experience plus the motivation and drive to succeed in this ever growing fast paced environment.
