CWT extends Net Trans partnership

Wednesday, 26 Feb, 2009 0

Norwegian company Net Trans is to provide hotel commission recovery services in Europe, the Middle East and Africa for Carlson Wagonlit Travel.

A three year deal has been agreed which will see Net Trans become exclusive commission recovery provider in the region for the first time.

Net Trans has served the travel management company giant in numerous EMEA countries since 2001.

The company uses automated processes to reconcile and report on commission on hotel bookings generated by CWT.

If commission has not been paid, it chases the hotels electronically and by telephone to recover the amount owed.

CWT vice president global hotels and EMEA car Jennifer Charlton said: “Net Trans has played a key part in CWT’s strategy for hotel commissions and we look forward to developing our already successful relationship.”
