Delta Air Lines adds corporate travel agent tools
Delta Air Lines is adding new enhancements to its corporate travel product portfolio including a new chat function for travel advisors and corporate travel managers.
The chat feature on Delta Professional will allow agents to speed up assistance to clients via real time interaction with the airline’s global sales support.
This and other new improvements announced come as a result of travel advisor feedback.
Delta Edge Meetings is being upgraded to include a 24-hour filing and expanded reporting.
Starting in November, Delta will launch the Securities Hub, which aims to speed up the corporate agreement filing process.
It allows automatic error checking and integrated filing status tracking.
"We never stop working to improve the products we offer for our customers, so we can make doing business with Delta easy," said Kristen Shovlin, Delta VP – sales operations and development.
"Sometimes, that means industry-leading launches – like our new Delta Professional Chat feature – and in other cases, it’s about continually refining our leading suite of products."
