Disney ships return to LA

Saturday, 15 Feb, 2007 0

The two Disney ships based in Port Canaveral temporarily departing from California were popular enough for all sailings to be sold out in advance.

The ships had been departing from Los Angeles as part of Disneyland’s 50th anniversary celebration.

So beginning in May of next year, the Disney Magic will return to California for an encore season, offering a series of 12 consecutive 7-night Mexican Riviera cruises visiting Cabo San Lucas, Mazatlan and Puerto Vallarta.

Disney also announced it will offer two 15-night repositioning cruises–one in May and one in August–as the ship moves between Florida and California via the Panama Canal.
