Disney World to open both water parks this summer
For the first time in over five years, Walt Disney World will simultaneously operate both its water parks.
Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon water parks will be open at the same time for the first time since 2019.
From May 21 to Sept. 7, Disney World guests will be able to enjoy both water parks.
Firstly, Blizzard Beach will close between May 1 and May 20 for a short period before reopening for the summer.
A new perk for Disney resort guests this year gives free water park admission on guests’ arrival day.
Additionally, there are H20 Glow events planned at the parks on select nights during the summer.
