Disneyland Paris signs online booking deal with Expedia
Expedia is to be the first online partner in Europe to sell the Disneyland Resort Paris accommodation and park entrance tickets direct to the public.
People using Expedia in the UK, France, Italy and Holland will be able to choose from over seven hotels at the theme park and purchase entrance tickets at the time of booking.
Disneyland Resort Paris hotels will also be available on Eurostar.com through its partnership with IAC Travel Private Label, owned by IAC Travel Private Label, the parent company of Expedia.
Disneyland Resort Paris sales and distribution vice-president Norbert Stiekema said: “This is the first time that we have allowed hotel accommodation and park entrance to be booked online through a partner in Europe.
“We’re delighted to be working with Expedia as it has proven itself to be a highly effective form of marketing and distribution which will be of great benefit to us.”
Expedia is to run a Sunday Arrival Promotion offering 15% off two night’s accommodation and a three-day park entrance stay until mid-October. Prices start at £96 per person.
