Disneyland to serve booze for first time at Star Wars cantina

Thursday, 04 Sep, 2018 0

Grown up Star Wars fans at Disneyland will be able to toast the new Galaxy’s Edge experience with alcohol.

The Disneyland Galaxy’s Edge expansion will feature Oga’s Cantina, which is based on the original Mos Eisley cantina from the first ‘Star Wars’ movie.

It will have a menu of alcoholic cocktails as well as beer and wine, making it the first venue in the park to serve booze.

Disneyland’s Galaxy’s Edge attraction opens in 2019.

Although a first for Disneyland, parks like EPCOT and California Adventure have outlets serving alcohol.

Florida’s Magic Kingdom introduced alcohol in 2012 and now is available at all full service restaurants in the park.
