Dual branded EVEN, Staybridge Suites hotel coming to Seattle

InterContinental Hotels Group is partnering with Noble Investment Group for a dual branded hotel featuring IHG’s wellness focused brand EVEN and an extended stay Staybridge Suites in downtown Seattle.
 
The development will mark the entry of EVEN Hotels on the West Coast and the third Stabridge Suites property in Seattle.

This project demonstrates the strong momentum behind IHG’s new and established brands and shows our commitment to growing in high-profile, high barrier to entry markets with experienced owners."
 
The EVEN Hotel Seattle – Downtown/South Lake Union will feature 123 rooms along with an Athletic Studio and flex space for small group fitness classes.
 
It will also have 2,000 square feet of meeting space and an outdoor garden.
 
The Staybridge Suites portion of the development will comprise 112 keys in a mix of studio and one-bedroom suites.
 
 The hotels are a joint venture between Noble and IHG and will be managed by a IHG affiliate.
 
IHG current has two EVEN hotels open in the US with a further six in the pipeline – three planned for New York, one in Miami and one in Omaha, Nebraska.
 
 The Staybridge Suites brand is open in more than 200 locations with a development pipeline of an additional 100.
