Dynamic packaging added to Thomson brochure

Sunday, 27 Apr, 2005 0

Thomson has added dynamic packaging functionality and boosted capacity in its second edition North America and Canada brochure.

The operator has almost doubled capacity to New York on the back of a 53% increase in sales from the first edition of the Thomson America and Canada brochure, issued in October 2004. The strongest demand has been for New York, Las Vegas and self-drive holidays on the east coast of Canada.

Thomson head of North America, Alberto Boeri puts the buoyant demand down to a favourable exchange rate for Brits in the US and a balanced product offering from Thomson.

The second edition of the brochure features a tailor-made section where customers can build their own break from holiday components, as well as a shopping breaks section outlining the location of the best shopping and discounted designer outlets.

A new option for those wanting to stay in New York is self-catering apartments, priced from £117 per person for three nights, based on six people sharing.
