Easyjet expands network
Easyjet is making further advances into Spain, Italy and Slovakia.
The no-frills airline has announced five new UK routes launching this autumn and winter.
Flights from London Stansted to Valencia and Almeria will launch on November 3 and November 11 respectively with one-way fares from £23 including taxes. From Luton easyJet plans to introduce services to Turin on October 1 from £18 one-way and Bratislava on December 8 from £23 one-way.
Eastern Europe has been the subject of a raft of route announcements by no-frills and traditional full-service airlines of late. EasyJet also flies to Budapest and Ljublijana.
The final announcement concerns flights from Bristol to Madrid, which will start on October 1 with fares from £23 one-way.
The route announcements bring easyJet’s network to 179 routes between 48 cities – the most offered by any no-frills airline.
