EasyJet has gone on sale with its summer 2014 schedule which includes new flights to Romania, Venice, Cyprus and Bulgaria.

Starting next March, the airline will add services from Gatwick to Bucharest, from Manchester to Venice, from Liverpool to Larnaca and from Stansted to Sofia in Bulgaria.

Group commercial director Cath Lynn said: "When developing our flying schedule we consider many factors including emerging holiday trends and customer feedback to ensure we’re offering the right choice of flights at a great price.

"We believe key summer sun destinations for 2014 will include the sun-soaked Greek Islands and cultural hubs like Moscow and Bucharest as well as traditional firm favourites such as Alicante and Malaga."
