EasyJet launches new Lapland flights from Manchester
EasyJet is launching new Lapland flights out of Manchester.
The new winter 2023/24 route to Kittila in Finnish Lapland is an entirely new destination for the airline.
The Lapland flights begin on 16 November, operating twice a week throughout the winter season.
Kittila is located 150km north of Roveniemi in the northern arctic circle.
As well a festive family trips to Santa, it will also appeal to winter sports lovers.
The new flights are on sale now.
It runs throughout the peak Christmas season on Thursdays and Sundays.
The airline last year added a new route connecting Manchester to Rovaniemi.
Kittlia flights will now provide even more choice for Northwest travelers.
Robert Smith, Aviation Director at Manchester Airport, said: “We know a family trip to Lapland is on many passengers’ Christmas lists so it’s fantastic to see easyJet launching this new service.”
