EasyJet to launch new flights to Gibraltar
EasyJet will operate flights to Gibraltar from Manchester next summer.
The airline said it expects to carry 30.000 passengers a year on the route, operating two flights a week from July 3.
Commercial manager Ali Gayward said: "We’re pleased to be continuing to expand our range of destinations from Manchester. It is safe to say we are seeing significant growth at the airport.
"Gibraltar is a firm British favourite and we expect it to be especially popular amongst holidaymakers heading to the famous rock on the Med."
EasyJet announced last month that it will base two more aircraft to support its expansion at Manchester, where it will have 11 jets from next summer.
