Easyjet waltzes into Salzburg

Easyjet is to launch a route to Salzburg this winter.

The low cost airline will make its inaugural flight from Luton to the Austrian city on December 17 and will fly twice weekly.

Fares lead in at £27.99 one way including taxes. Tickets go on sale on tomorrow (June 16).

UK commercial manager Hugh Aitken said: “The launch of our newest route out of Luton demonstrates our continued commitment to Luton and to our passengers offering both leisure and business travellers the best choice of low-fare destinations.”
