Edgewater celebrates opening of new ‘active’ kids club with two for one family deal
The Cook Islands’ Edgewater Resort & Spa has combined with Air New Zealand to offer a special ‘two rooms for the price’ of one family-centric holiday package available from now until 31 January 2008 – inclusive of all forthcoming school holiday periods.
Prices are based on two adults and up to four children under 12 years of age sharing two guaranteed interconnecting rooms for a minimum of five nights in the Cook Islands resort’s garden wing.
The offer includes daily tropical breakfast and return airport-hotel transfers.
Prices as follows:
Ex-Brisbane: from $1135* per adult and $545* per child
Ex-Melbourne: from $1219* per adult and $545* per child
Ex-Sydney: from $1155* per adult and $545 per child
The offer has been timed to coincide with the opening of the resort’s first-ever dedicated children’s’ club concept, ‘Kids in action,’ which as the name implies, is all about keeping kids busy, happy and healthy while parents get the chance to relax.
Available to children aged 5-12 years of age, a busy daily menu of events revolves around cultural activities, scuba bubble lessons, lagoon cruises, beach and sports activities.
Rarotonga’s largest resort property The Edgewater Resort & Spa’s facilities include two restaurants, a fitness centre, health spa, salon and a tennis centre.
The Edgewater Resort is located just eight minutes from Rarotonga’s capital Avarua and the city’s shops, banks, cinema, cafes, bars and supermarkets.
