Emirates adding Auckland flights via Bali
Emirates is adding an extra daily service connecting its Dubai hub with Auckland, this time adding a stopover in Bali.
The new Dubai-Bali-Auckland flight becomes the only year-round non-stop daily flight between Auckland and the Indonesian island hotspot when service launches on 14 June 2018.
It will also be the third daily flight linking Dubai and Bali.
"We’re pleased to introduce additional capacity to serve the strong demand for travel to Bali, and to Auckland. We are confident that our year-round service between Auckland and Bali will be well received by our customers, not only in New Zealand and Indonesia, but also from our global network particularly from markets like the UK, Europe and the Middle East," said Emirates president Sir Tim Clark.
It will also be a third daily connection to New Zealand from Dubai.
Emirates currently flies between Dubai and Auckland and operates a daily A380 service from Dubai to Christchurch via Sydney.
