Friday, 17 Oct, 2012 0

In the lead up to the Melbourne Cup Carnival between November 3-10, Emirates passengers travelling on selected inbound flights to Melbourne will have a chance to win a free double general admission pass to one of the four main race days.

The winners, travelling between Wednesday October 31 and Thursday, November 8, will be picked at random and Emirates cabin crew will present the lucky travellers with the tickets.

Three passengers per flight will win a pair of tickets to either the AAMI Victoria Derby Day, Emirates Melbourne Cup Day, Crown Oaks Day or Emirates Stakes Day.

The ticket promotion will run across Emirates’ three daily flights from Dubai to Melbourne and the daily Airbus A380 flight from Auckland to Melbourne.

General admission tickets for the Melbourne Cup Carnival in 2012 range from AUD74- AUD55 across the four race days.

This year, the Emirates Marquee at the Melbourne Cup Carnival will be themed all things Irish – celebrating the commencement of Emirates’ services to Dublin earlier this year.
