Enterprise rated No. 1 car rental company
Enterprise came out on top for rental car customers responding to a J. D. Power and Associates study of overall satisfaction.
The industry improved customer satisfaction overall in nearly every aspect of service this year, said the study of 6,200 renters.
Enterprise was followed by Avis and Hertz.
Renters were critical, however, about the cost of refueling autos.
Said Jim Gaz, senior director of travel and entertainment for J.D. Power:
“Customers can pay twice as much when refueling through the rental car company.”
