Eurostar unveils new UK sales teams
Eurostar’s director of sales, Emma Harris has appointed Jason Geall as the new head of UK sales to take responsibility for both the business and leisure sales teams.
Geall joined Eurostar in August 2005 as head of business sales.
Supporting him will be Darren Williams as general manager – business sales and David Gardner as general manager – leisure sales.
Williams has been at Eurostar over 10 years and began his career in customer services.
He joined the Business Sales team in September 2003 and for the last 18 months has been a senior account manager.
David Gardener, general manager leisure sales, joined Eurostar in 1999 as a corporate account manager and joined the leisure sales team as senior account manager in 2003.
Geall said: “Eurostar is currently enjoying a record year and the new team will ensure that this momentum is carried forward as we head towards the opening of the UK high-speed line and Eurostar’s move from Waterloo to St Pancras International in autumn 2007.”
